Refund Reserve Minimum Balance

You can now set up a continuous minimum balance for your Refund Reserve. When your reserve falls below your chosen amount, Peek will pull from your payout balance to automatically top it up. This allows you to keep your reserve topped up without a credit card processing fee, and makes it easier for you to process refunds quickly.

Batch Store Credit Extras

You may want to include something extra to appease your guests or encourage them to accept store credit as a refund alternative. Our new update to this feature gives you the option to add extra value to a store credit voucher, in the form of a fixed amount or a percentage of the original booking.

Peek+

This week we’re launching Peek+, a new API, to increase your distribution opportunities. This new API will enable us to form new integrations with different distributors, providing you with more options when it comes to widening your customer base.

How will this impact my Peek.com listings?

• Peek.com will be using the Peek+ API. This means your Peek.com bookings will now display ‘Peek Plus’ as their source. You can monitor this in your Peek Pro reporting.
• The booking flow has been simplified and pop-ups have been reduced to create a smoother booking experience for your customers.
• Peek.com will no longer support custom questions in order to further streamline and simplify the booking flow.

BUG FIXES

Some partners reported an issue where customer information would be wiped out if an add-on was added to a booking. This has now been resolved.

We have disabled auto-correct for customer information fields in Kiosk Mode, so that customers do not have to manually select the correct entries.
